Method

Make Whipped Fromage Blanc - In a bowl, whisk together ricotta, mascarpone, & fromage blanc. Add lemon juice & S/P. Refrigerate in container until ready to plate.

Prepare Onion confit - In a bowl, add onion, thyme & black pepper. Pour in enough grapeseed oil to cover. Set aside until ready to plate.
