Ingredients

  • ½ pound Unsalted butter, chilled, cut into small pieces
  • cups Flour, all-purpose

Method

Combine the butter, salt & flour in a bowl to form a crumb-like texture.

Add ice water a tbsp at a time until the dough holds together without being wet or sticky. Flatten the dough into a disc and wrap it in plastic. Rest in the refrigerator until chilled.

Roll out dough on a floured surface to desired size & shape. Bake in a 400°F oven until the bottom is set & cru
