Ice Cream Cakes

When days are hot and sunny, everyone loves to eat ice cream – I know I do! This chapter therefore contains a selection of wonderful ice cream desserts to serve when the sun is shining.

Ice cream bombes are quick to prepare and look stunning when you cut into them. This chapter contains two delectable versions – a sour cherry one nestled in swirls of Swiss roll that looks very elegant when you cut into it and a coconut, honey and dark chocolate bombe, made with homemade ice cream and topped with toasted coconut.
