Prepare pickling juice - Combine vinegar, water & sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Wrap the sachet ingredients in a 2” x 2” cheesecloth & Tie with kitchen string - add to the vinegar-sugar solution. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until the sugar & salt dissolve.
