Here’s all your preferred breakfast burrito ingredients, now found in a griddled version! Again, what is it about pressing the tortilla with all the goodies inside that intensifies the flavors?

Ingredients

  • 6 slices thick cut bacon
  • 2–4 tablespoons (28 to 60 ml) vegetable oil</

Method

Cook the bacon

  1. Turn the griddle on to medium/low heat (300 to 325°F [150°C to 170°C]).
  2. While the griddle is warming, place the strips of bacon on the griddle. (We have found that placing the bacon on the griddle before it is hot helps keep the bacon from curling too much.)
