Cauliflower fried rice is just like fried rice, except the rice is replaced with cauliflower crumbles. This is a great dish if you’re limiting your carbohydrate intake.
Chop the cauliflower into very small pieces, enough for 2 cups (170 g).
Heat the oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
