Once the king prawns are cleaned and de-shelled, place in a food processor with all the mentioned ingredients and blitz all together to become a purée.
Taste the purée and adjust any seasonings you may need depending on your taste.
Spread over the toast and cut them into four squares.
Cover with sesame seeds and deep fry in hot oil for 1 minute.
Serve with sweet
