Whisk all these together to make a batter.
Dip the king prawns into the batter, then into hot deep-frying oil for two minutes and then allow to rest on kitchen paper.
Once the prawns are done, then drizzle some olive oil into a wok and add the garlic, chopped spring onions, chilli and grated ginger and stir.
