  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets or frozen florets (your choice)
  • 2 lettuce gems, washed and cut into quarters

Method

Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets, wash and drain or pat dry, then deep fry until golden in colour.

Let the florets cool on a rack or kitchen towel and season with a dash of salt.

In a deep bowl, add the sesame sauce, garlic and finely chopped vegetables.

Now add the lemon juice and all the seasonings and give it all a good whisk.
