Thinking about a variety of soups seems an easy task; unfortunately, it may be the case, but not to me. I don’t know whether it is to do with my upbringing or to do with the origin of the Lebanese cuisine, where people don’t often enjoy soups as much as they enjoy a variety of mezze and other main courses.
