Blueberry Bundt with Fondant Icing

I should have done my degree in Psychology because so much of my time at the bakery is spent evaluating what customers would like to buy, on which days and in what quantities. Customers hardly notice the full display; they look at a few key places on the counter and shelves and so adding colour and height to the counter and display makes cakes sell better than they otherwise might. The beautiful distinctive ring shape of a bundt cake with its tender crumb exposed is always a winner, with th
