We bake cinnamon buns every day and always make slightly more than we think we will sell because they double up as the base for the Apple and Cinnamon Bread and Butter Pudding the next day. We have a wonderful frame for baking our buns in the shop made by Campbell who is a metal fabricator and talented amateur baker.
