When the bakery opened no one really understood what type of bakery it was. To be honest, we didn’t know ourselves much of the time in the early days. People would come in and ask for bloomers and soft buns and more surprisingly for croissants and especially for baguettes. Perhaps when a bakery opens around the corner you immediately think of holidays in France where one of the greatest pleasures is buying a fresh baguette everyday.
Over time we added them on weekends and we now sel
