This bruschetta is a fun twist on an Iranian classic, sabzi khordan, which is an appetizer featuring a medley of herbs served with feta cheese, green onions, radishes, and walnuts, all bunched into small pieces of flatbread. In this variation, the herbs and feta are transformed into pesto and spread onto crispy baguette slices. Not only is it delicious, but it’s also a wonderful way to utilize any leftover herbs.
