My kids adore these cookies! They are a combination of three favourite flavours: chocolate, saltiness and earthiness. These cookies are heavenly! The idea of combining the tahini with just a touch of miso came from a friend of mine, Shushy Turin. I added a mix of milk and dark chocolate chunks into a simple, buttery cookie batter and the result is indescribable. You really have to taste them for yourself.
