Alan Rosenthal

A lifelong culinary creative, Alan Rosenthal created his own food brand Stewed! – a range of tasty, as- good-as-homemade stew pots in the UK. He runs cookery workshops with Leith’s School of Food and Wine in the UK. His first cookbook was Stewed! Nourish your Soul, and his latest book, Foolproof One- pot, was published in February 2021.
