Anne began baking out of boredom at the beginning of lockdown. She started with all the desserts she was going to bake ‘one day when she’ll have time’. Soon she discovered sourdough and challah, and started taking her bakes to the Friday night family get-togethers. Over the past few years, she expanded her baking skills, from bread to cakes and biscuits and regularly bakes for family and friends. Towards the end of 2023, she was diagnosed as coeliac and had to start baking everything gluten free. Anne is not willing to compromise on taste and texture when it comes to gluten-free bakes. She also runs online gluten-free baking classes.
