An unsung recipe from the blog but one of my all-time personal favorites, these biscotti were inspired by the Italian-style almond cookies served at Zuni Cafe in San Francisco. They are made by forming a fragrant, almond-studded dough into loaves, partially baking them, slicing them, and then baking them again.
